Auxia is a service operated by Aux-ia LLC. This SMS program sends operational and account alerts to Auxia's own operators and on-call staff — the people who run and support the service. Messages notify them of system events such as after-hours emergency calls and new leads that require attention. This program does not send marketing, promotional, or consumer messages, and does not message anyone on behalf of a third party.
An operator or on-call staff member enrolls by providing their own mobile number to Auxia and confirming that they want to receive operational alerts. Only enrolled staff receive messages. Enrollment can be withdrawn at any time (see Opt-out below).
Message frequency varies with system activity and is operational only — sent in response to a system event. There is no marketing or promotional content.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan.
Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message — one confirmation is sent and no further messages follow. For help, reply HELP or contact support@aux-ia.com.
Aux-ia LLC collects a mobile number solely to deliver the operational alerts described above. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information is used only to operate this alert program.
