This Privacy Policy describes how Aux-ia LLC ("Auxia," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Auxia SMS operational-alert program. The program's terms of service are published at sms.aux-ia.com/terms.html.
We collect a participant's name, mobile phone number, and their confirmation of consent to receive operational alert text messages. Participants are Auxia's own operators and on-call staff who enroll by providing their mobile number to Auxia and confirming enrollment.
Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the operational alerts described in the program terms: after-hours emergency call alerts, new-lead notifications requiring operator review, and system or account status alerts. We do not use mobile numbers for marketing or promotional messaging.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates. All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers. We share information only with service providers strictly as necessary to deliver the messages themselves (e.g., our messaging carrier), and they may not use it for any other purpose.
We retain enrollment information only for as long as a participant remains enrolled in the program, plus any period required by law. Information is stored on access-controlled systems and is accessible only to personnel who operate the alert program.
A participant may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. One final confirmation message is sent, and no further messages follow. Reply HELP for help at any time.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
