The Auxia SMS program sends operational and account alert text messages from Aux-ia LLC to Auxia's own enrolled operators and on-call staff. Message types include: after-hours emergency call alerts, new-lead notifications requiring operator review, and system or account status alerts. This program does not send marketing or promotional content and does not message consumers or the general public.
An operator or on-call staff member enrolls by providing their own mobile number to Auxia and confirming that they want to receive operational alerts. Only enrolled participants receive messages.
Message frequency varies with system activity. Messages are operational only — each is sent in response to a system event (for example, an after-hours emergency call).
Message and data rates may apply. Rates depend on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message from this program. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation of your unsubscription, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, enroll again as described above or reply START.
